Don't ask for something unless you truly want it to come true! Keep in mind that when we desire something deeply and put all of our energies into attaining it, we very often get what we want...but not in the way we expected! 

It's best to start this spell/blessing during a full moon.  You will need to do this for 7 days.  Here are the supplies you will need:

~1 Pink candle to bring kindness, affection, and adoration (this color is good for a new relationship) OR 
~1 Red candle to bring love, passion, and amazing sex (this is a good color for an established relationship) (Choose what you want most in your relation or potential relationship.  Both candles may also be used.)
~A  nail or needle to carve your names into the candles 
~A glass saucer or candle holders for the candles and a glass bowl for burning the paper.
~A stone to represent solidity and permanence for the relationship (If it has special properties, such as pink quartz, clear quartz or red jaspar, so much the better!) 
~A small pad of paper--Post-its are fine, especially if you can find a pink pad
~A pen (red ink is best though any color can be used)
~1 bottle your favorite perfume, scented oil, or essential oil (your choice)

Perform the ritual each day as stated for a full 7 days.  Begin on a full moon, if possible.  Take a bath or shower and put some of the Love-Drawing Oil or your favorite perfume on your forehead (3rd eye), heart, solar plexus, and each palm of your hands.  (All of these points are meant to increase your psychic energy and bring what you desire most to you.)  Dress comfortably.

Set up your altar in a way that pleases you with your candle, the stone, and any items that are special to you.  Some people choose to put a picture of their potential lover on their altar, or small items that remind them of that person. 

Take a piece of paper and write on it your full name and the one you love's full name using the red pen. If you don't know the name of your true love or haven't met yet, simply write My Soul Mate.  Do this all joined together in the form of a complete circle--it doesn't have to be a perfect circle.  (To represent your union being unbroken.) 

With the nail or needle, carve the full name of the person you love on one side of the candle (or write My Soul Mate) and your full name on the other side of the candle. 

Dress the candle with the oil or your favorite perfume.  While rubbing the oil on, you may say, "Spirits of Divine Love, bring together (say your full name and your potential love's full name or "my soul mate") in everlasting love and harmony."

Place the name-paper in a glass bowl and repeat, "[Name of lover or "my soul mate"], come to me.  Love and desire me as I love and desire you. Be mine always."  Light the candle now and say, "Spirit of Divine Love, I ask that I may be loved by [lover's name or "my soul mate"] as I love [him or her].  Let our minds, souls and hearts be as one."  Light the small piece of paper on fire that you placed in the glass bowl and say, "Bind us together in love's eternal embrace.  Amen." 

Let the paper burn completely out.  Let the candle burn about 1/7th of the way, then blow it out.  (Just take a guess as to how much 1/7 of the candle is.   You can also scratch in 7 evenly spaced marks along the whole length of the candle and burn one part each day.  This is the easiest method.) 

Be sure to wear the oil or your favorite perfume each day as you go about daily life.  This helps to keep your love ritual and intentions centermost in your subconscious and allows the energies of the universe to work for you. 

Repeat this for 7 days.  If you are able to go and see the one you love, wear one of the love oils. If you write to him/her, dress the letter with the love oil.  Something that works very well is to dress an item you will wear with the love oil.  It can be a scarf, ribbon you wear in your hair, a tie, or anything else you can easily leave behind. Before parting company, be sure to leave this item in his/her car, home, office, or wherever you were at with the person.  This will create an even stronger bond since the person of your affections will have a personal item of yours and the scent of your ritual oil or perfume will capture his/her senses as well.

At the end of the 7th day, wrap up any left-over candle wax in a cloth. Tie it closed and place this under your pillow.  This will help you to dream of your soul mate and to implant the messages and energies into your subconscious mind to help draw your soul mate to you.  Once you are with your soul mate, simply bury this bundle in the yard.
